Sadu is de village where we live. It is a small place with a little bit over 2000 inhabitants. The old center shows the traditional countryside of Romania. Don't be suprised to see a horse-carriage riding in the mainstreet :). There are several nice churches to be seen in the area, for example the wooden church here in Sadu.
Towards the west you find the villages Cisnadie and Cisnadioara. The first one being the biggest of the two. In Cisnadie you will find a fortified complex next to the main square. The architecture and look of it will remind you by Sibiu but in miniature. Cisnadioara is smaller and maybe even more cozy. The citadel on top of the hill makes you feel like you step hundreds of years back in time!
